In this class, you'll learn how to engage your body and nervous system through simple mindfulness exercises. Horses, naturally present and aware, will help guide the way, teaching you how to stay grounded in the moment. Explore how tuning into your senses can foster emotional intelligence and regulation, leading to a more authentic understanding of yourself.

Meditation doesn’t have to be intimidating. In just 30 minutes, this class offers simple, fun techniques to help you bring meditation into your daily routine. With horses by your side, you’ll find a calm, supportive space to relax, connect, and enjoy the process of learning how to meditate with ease.
Somatic movement is a great way to promote healing and improve the mind/body connection. When we combine the intentional movements of yoga paired with gentle grounding in nature (and the scent of horses) it is a truly magical and transformative experience. Our beginner friendly yoga classes run April - November and are a great way to get some fresh air and promote overall wellness.
Reiki is a gentle practice that supports both body and mind—perfect for anyone wanting to recharge and enjoy a moment of calm in good company. Bring a yoga mat, chair, or cozy blanket as you experience the combined healing benefits of Reiki & horses. Perfect for those who are new to Reiki and looking to explore what it’s all about or Master practitioners seeking good company and a fresh experience. Private sessions are also available.
Open farm hours are the perfect way to get some fresh air and spend time with your favorite horses. We invite you to bring a chair, a yoga mat, a book, your favorite meditation, art supplies, or a simple desire to be present in this space and see what moves you. Come with friends or come alone, all ages are welcome. Horsey snacks will be available to feed your favorite friends.
There’s an artist in all of us—sometimes we just need the right environment to spark the creative flow. This class invites you to slow down, tune in, and create in the space with our horses and nature. Whether you’re sketching, writing, knitting, or just exploring what creativity means to you, this is a space for curiosity, expression, and inspiration.

Barefoot at the Barn
Our Barefoot at the Barn program runs from April - November and offers the unique opportunity to practice gentle yoga and grounding at a horse farm. Yoga is suitable for beginners through intermediate with a focus on connection to self and the natural world around us. Following yoga, participants are invited to visit with the horses and soak in the peaceful environment.
*Please bring a yoga mat and/or towel or blanket that you don't mind getting a little dirty.

Reiki
You've been to the spa before; gentle music, cozy décor, the soft scent of lavender in the air. Who doesn't love that! But, have you ever wanted to experience the healing powers of universal energy right out in nature? Birds singing, hay crunching, and a gentle breeze carrying your favorite scent in the world...horses!
Enjoy a 60-minute session with one of our Reiki III Master certified practitioners. Our group program is offered on the 2nd Sunday of each month. To schedule a private session please follow the link below.

Open Farm Hours
While most of our programs are designed specifically for adolescent and adult populations, we understand that horses are awesome and sometimes we want to share our passion with family and friends. Open Farm hours are the perfect opportunity for everyone to visit the farm, hang out with your favorite horses, and learn more about the work we do at Equi Evolution.
Participants are not allowed inside paddock areas during Open Farm hours.

Creative Corner
Bring a notebook, a laptop, your favorite paints, your latest knitting project, or whatever other creative pursuit your heart desires; and find inspiration and reflection in the barnyard as you channel your inner artist and explore creating in this sensory rich environment.
