It's time for our annual New Year's workshop and this year we're ditching the late night party and celebrating THE day as we ring in January 1st with you all at the farm.
Bring your coffee...heck wear your pajamas if you want. The world around us is swirling with uncertainty, and it seems like the "rules" are changing everyday, and it's hard to know which way is up and which way is down, and I need a horsey breathe just thinking about it all.
So that's exactly what we're gonna do! As we greet the New Year, we'll take some time to explore a little somatic support as we remind ourselves that getting more comfortable navigating our own inner world is the key to helping us find confidence navigating our external world.
