About the event
In this workshop we will craft sachets and honor the significance of the changing season, acknowledging how we will move through and with it. We will explore our breath and the somatic nature of movement with the herd, embracing the fresh autumn air. Materials will be provided so all you need to bring is yourself (and closed toe shoes).
