This event will include drumming and mindfulness in the paddock with our herd followed by autumn refreshments and a bonfire to support connection and reflection. Participants may bring their own instruments to join along or simply bring yourselves to enjoy the relaxing sensory experience of the music in this peaceful and grounding space.
