See Yourself Through the Eyes of a Horse

Equine-facilitated learning is a unique and powerful experiential learning program with horses. Through a variety of meaningful and authentic interactions with our herd, you will find a new level of perspective and reflection. The weekend will include a combination of mindfulness exercises, grounding & meditation, yoga, forest bathing (no swimsuit required), and a whole lotta horse time! Find companionship, support, and space to breathe as we explore the importance of (and misconceptions surrounding) self-care and how to find joy within your own life experience. 

• Program runs from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday & Sunday
• Lunch and light snacks will be served
• Participants will recieve a personal journal to track reflections
